The passage of chaos, the Infinite and finite merged together, creating many tunnels and possibilities. The irresistible magic, wanting to change all things impossible. The danger and safety intertwined into an intricate knot.
The time flowed irregularly, like a shifting current, slower then faster, constantly interchanging. The walls appeared to shift ever so slightly, creating a sense of imbalance. The hero's mind was constantly overflowed with new magic knowledge, almost too much to handle. She closed her eyes and kept moving forward, following her instinct. The walls shifted to create a passage, she couldn't see it but she sensed the movements, the patterns. She was walking deeper into the chaos, but that was the only way out, the exit was drawing closer, slowly but surely. The maze was a web of possibilities, and now she was the spider, managing the web, changing it, controlling it. The multiple hands in the mind working in synchronicity as she kept on walking. She understood the patterns that didn't appear to be there, but it was enough.
The hero's confidence grew and she opened her eyes, knowing the way that wasn't even there yet, but it would be created soon. Controlling chaos was indeed impossible, but one could flow through it and shift the currents. The cloak was the hero's anchor and rudder, with the spell of the spider embroidered on it, out of the finest silk webs.
The light at the end grew brighter, as the warm sunlight washed over the walls. So close.
