Comments: When two strangers come together what is the friction between us? The first impression, the first meeting point. How does the ice truly break so we can connect. Imagine if humans were like ants and communicated through our antennas and sync into harmony. What keeps us apart, why does it take time to earn trust and become friends over similar interests and going on adventures? Art creates the sympathy to forge an even playing field of interpretation and discussion. When creating it, we are equal, and when looking at it we have our own subjective ideas. To communicate those ideas is to share wisdom, perhaps that is how we can truly connect. By sharing our perspective with one another. Not to argue or to say who is right or wrong, but to learn something new. Life is about learning and growing. In the age of AI we are evolving at a rapid rate due to the information we are exposed and processing: like an organic computer we filter data as stimuli. What makes us so different you and I. What makes us even different from the machines we are building to mimic human behavior and work? To create a consciousness outside of the one we harness within. Externalizing our pain, our problems to another. When we could be looking within and appreciate those who are right in front of us. A family member, a friend, and even a stranger on the street with a smile. Learning to connect with ourselves so we can connect with the world. Art is the bridge. The unspoken truth that needs no language, just a feeling of hope or loss. A feeling we all feel that makes us human after all. Our job on this Earth is to take care of her, to take care of one another. Then, we can truly evolve into something greater, leading with our hearts and empathizing with each other. To slow down and see the world instead of speeding up to destroy it.
